Great environment and good staff members
Spacious and always clean! Staff are also very well mannered.
It's a good gym but in serious need of a upgrade. The equipment looks run down and the gym needs a paint job. The staff is excellent though and the kids drop off is really nice.
Explain to me how a gym manager gives me two guest passes for my Son and future daughter in law who are both veterans coming home for Christmas only to be charged $30 for the day and would not come out of the office to greet them at the front desk. It's clear this gym is bias against our veterans who are serving our country to protect our freedom.
Excellent gym, great trainers, the machines are very well maintained. Not the nicest Golds Gym, but much more than most.
It was stated by owner that is is not policy, and no refund would be given, the owner stated the customer is NOT always right. I purchased a gym bag and had the receipt and asked for a refund the Manager said all sales are final no refund would be granted.
Three weeks prior I mentioned to a front desk employee that I lost 17 pounds he turned to me and said do you have cancer. I was so devastated, I turned and said God bless I don't have cancer how could you say that to me. He stated I was just kidding.
In conclusion, I have terminated my membership after many years, this gym is not recommended to anyone they don't respect Veterans or their customer's, this gym should not be in business.
