The people all seemed nice and the people wiping the car at the end were working hard. I am not sure why the vehicle doesn't come away clean.
The other, the white one in the pictures was not cleaned well at all. The car is made wet but not cleaned well at all. Click on the pictures to see the marks and dirt all over it. The first two pictures are of the hood followed by all of the bugs/dirt near the headlights and the final picture is by the windshield wiper, practically black under there.
They basically didn't clean the interior. Only a really basic work. I still have crumbs and coffee stains after I was done as you can see in the pics. I paid for the so called GOLD option. The outside was ok.
The only honest auto mechanic shop in Orange County! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't try and rip you off with nonsense you dont need. You won't be disappointed after a visit to Frankie's!
I have been here twice in the past few weeks with different vehicles. One had a lot of soap marks and the side mirrors had swirl marks once dried.
I was under the impression (from a different, unaffiliated garage) that I terribly needed brakes and rotors. I made the BEST choice by coming to see Frankie and his team to get the job done. One of his honest, and super friendly coworkers advised me that I didn't need them as badly as I thought, and would be good for another 10k miles. I decided to get my pads changed anyway, and I'm so glad that I did. The guys here at Frankie's were quick, extremely accommodating (I showed up a little after 5, not knowing they closed at 6), and just so welcoming.
Very expensive for a poor cleaning job.
Being a female, that has little to no car maintenance knowledge I'm usually weary of getting work done. Coming here to Frankie's Full Service made that weariness disappear. :)
